Sole F80 Treadmill Review

By Joshua Mathiason

There are a lot of options in treadmill machines, and that is simply because there isn't a machine that fits everybody. The most important feature when you buy a treadmill is that it has to be one that you enjoy using. Let's take a look at the Sole f80 treadmill for an example. Obviously you can't learn all you need to know by reading a treadmill review but it can help you start a list of possibilities if you are on a search for a home treadmill machine.

Folding Treadmills

The Sole f80 is a well-constructed pro-style treadmill in an affordable price range, which makes it worth considering. The professional treadmills are large and heavy and so you'll need a folding feature unless you have unlimited space in your workout area. On the Sole f80 the deck folds up when the machine isn't in use. To put the machine back in use you simply unlock it and it unfolds itself.

The Sole f80 Deck

The deck is the most vital feature on a treadmill. Also the quality of the rollers and belt is what makes the treadmill smooth and easy on the body, or not. The Sole f80 features over-sized rollers under a belt that's made from two layers of rubber, sandwiching a layer of PVC and all this with a nylon backing. It adds up to an especially quiet machine that is smooth and vibration free and extremely durable. If it wears out, ever, Sole will replace it free. That sure is a warranty you don't see often.

The Workout

The console on the Sole f80 provides multiple workout options, six that are built in and two that can be programmed by the user. When you are doing a workout on the Sole f80 you can control the velocity of your run, the incline (the machine simulates uphill running by raising the front of the deck up to fifteen percent), how long you need the workout to be, and how far you would like to run.

For Additional Information

That's only a little taste of what the machine offers, but if you're interested in learning more you may visit the Sole f80 Treadmill Review site and read up about it in greater detail.
