Cars, dogs, and spirits alike, each of them seem to share a common trait. I'm sure that, for the gaming masses, "Paperboy" instantly sprung to mind. It's a game where people are challenged to perform the delivery of newspapers and the avoidance of hazards like these and then some. It seems like there is a lot of danger to be had but I have to believe that the Paperboy himself can gain some assistance on the matter. His city bike could stand to use several improvements and I hope that he takes these up.
One has to wonder, first and foremost, why people seem to have such an issue with the one known as Paperboy. He's simply performing a job that a good number of young boys had: throwing newspapers to the houses of those who subscribed. However, have you ever been in a situation where a ghost was chasing you down for no apparent reason? It's definitely one of those scenarios that could potentially cause people to stop and wonder where exactly their careers have gone.
I think if Paperboy were smart, he would be able to make great use of improvements made to his city bike. It might be a good vehicle in terms of getting around but it certainly has its shaky moments where going down a route is a case of life or death. What if he was able to increase the speed on the bike, endorsed by entities like Linus Bike, itself? Yes, there's potential that people may miss out on their newspapers but if they're unable to keep their vicious dogs leashed outside, then it's their own fault.
Paperboy has to be able to hand a litany of jumps, no matter what sorts of obstacles there are. Even through the most dangerous of leaps, I think he could place a booster upon his own bike. When going about these kinds of slopes, he wouldn't have to exert as much energy into them, I feel. With more energy being placed into his favor, Paperboy can pedal on through and tackle whatever route he's assigned that much better as opposed to being left with the bare essentials.
You have to feel bad for Paperboy because as much as he wants to be able to perform a job, it seems like natural - or supernatural - forces get in his way time after time. It's not like he has to put up with such issues, though. If he wants to be able to get through each route with his life intact, maybe some city bike enhancements stand to be made.
