The need for unions Australia citizens say is crucial. This is because of their importance of ensuring members are protected from threats and other hazards. They also provide their people with information on their rights and well being. When workers receive dismissals or are underpaid they turn to this groups for help.

Different people in the country who are working in private and government organizations need protection to ensure all their rights are preserved. Getting into groups of workers help all employees avoid problems that arise from management. Once members join together they can voice their concerns without any problem.

Under the umbrella of such groupings, individuals get to raise any problem that is affecting them in their places of work. The manufacturing sectors need to have all the required precautions in the ground to avoid accidents. Workers in the manufacturing industry are known to have many complaints that pertain to their work conditions. When such organizations avoid taking immediate actions to any complain they take their cases to court for justice.

When problems are solved the members are given a chance to go back to their work place while waiting for the laid down changes.

In the recent past, many workers were discharged off their duties without any proper documentation. The countries constitution does not allow people to be sacked without following proper procedures. Many of those companies who failed to give proper reasons for sacking their employees were taken to court to pay for their benefits.

When employers refuse to hear the cries of its members, the organizations are mandated to organize strikes and peaceful demonstrations. This is done to give members the rights they deserve while working for a particular company. When employers refuse to provide what they are requested the groups end up in courts to seek for justice.

In the absence of unions Australia members feel threatened without any party to safeguard their interests. Such organizations are crucial because they help their members to have all their requirements while at work. The constitution of the country allows workers to form and join organizations that have their interests at heart.
