We are currently within November and I don't see city bike usage going up anytime soon. Not many people are going to be keen on riding in the cold unless they have no choice whatsoever or have absolutely no other way to travel. With the weather continuously becoming bitter, I don't feel as though these bikes will have any other place apart from a shed. Until the springtime comes to life, maybe it's time to plan for that.

Sweden has recently announced it is going to construct a major artery which would connect two major cities together. This very artery would be used for cyclists alone and this idea certainly goes to show that it's not limited to just one area of the world.
