Landyachtz is a corporation located in northern Vancouver, which makes prime quality skateboards. It was introduced in 1997 by Thomas Edstrand and Michael Perreten. There is essentially much to say of Thomas and Michael who are the key founders of this famous company. These two blokes were brought up together, and they seemed to be assertive on the part of art and design. They have been pals since their adolescence, and they liked skating. They met again at the University of Victoria where they made a decision to put their abilities in practice.
Vancouver has a good terrain for skating. Mike and Tom were brought up in this place and that explains why they were so much exposed to skating steep hills. During his spare time, Mike used to make some boards. Tom was so much enthusiastic about making drawings and art generally. These two buddies made a decision to team up together to see whether they can start to make some personal rides.
While at the School, the two guys started making boards. They spend virtually a year at the Varsity studying how to make skateboards. They popped up with lots of ideas on how to make the best long boards. They actually learned tons through trial - error methodology. Their ability grew, and they later came to realise that they could make the most highly competitive boards in the market. They made quite a number of prototypes and tested them.
Still at the School, they met Jody Wilcock. Jody was a guru in making decreased boards. They were very happy to learn the talent of making decreased boards. They introduced many of us to the arena of decreased skateboard.
After about 4 years, their workshop had grown big. They had already formed different garages and basements. After achieving their courses at the School, they went back to Vancouver and leased space to do their job. This is now the time Landyachtz eventually got its settlement. They located the factory in the northwards side of Vancouver where the 2 grew up. This is also the spot where the best long boarding in the entire world is found. Their business gained recognition all over the world.
The location of the factory was really the very best. This is because of the fact that it was by a steep terrain that is great for the skating activity.
