They signed Jason Allen and brought back Adam "Pacman" Jones, but they still would like to add more depth in the draft. With two picks in the first round of the draft, tCincinnati has the luxury of picking Alabama's Dre Kirkpatrick, who would've landed far higher in the draft if it were not for his dubious behavior. Kirkpatrick definitely has the potentiality to be something great, as he's got the size at 6'2" to match up against big receivers and is fast enough to keep from getting burnt deep. Regardless of a few personality concerns, he is definitely worth the Bengals taking a risk on, and not waiting to find out if he is going to fall to them at No. 21.

18. San Diego Chargers: Whitney Mercilus, DE/OLB, Illinois

Another team that is in desperate need of improving their pass rush is the San Diego Chargers. The big reason they had trouble defending the pass last season was due to their inability to put some pressure onto the quarterback. Larry English was supposed to be their guy, but it's becoming more and more clear that he'll never turn into the player they were hoping him to be. A lot of folks are losing their jobs at the moment, and the main worry is that you think to yourself that you must get another job immediately. Well, that's all well and good, but the main dilemma is that there aren't many jobs, and would an employer want to make a work offer to someone who had already just left another job? What do they have to give, except from most likely quite a lot of trepidation if they will succeed in their new role, and the question will always be asked (although not directly to you) "Why did their last business let them go?
