SACA - South African Chefs Association: "The South African Chefs Association is pleased to announce that Prenox has renewed their sponsorship of Culinary Team South Africa for the next three years, covering the run-up to the Culinary Olympics taking place in Erfurt, Germany in 2012.

Chef Bruce Burns, manager of Culinary Team SA, says, “We are absolutely thrilled that Prenox has come on board to support the Team again for the next three years! Their sponsorship had a great deal to do with our Team winning a gold medal in 2008 and we look forward to doing them proud in 2012.”

In 2008, Prenox, one of the leaders in the design and manufacturing of catering equipment, supplied the Team with a kitchen specially designed and constructed to Olympic standards. This mobile kitchen followed the Team around the country in their final preparations for the Culinary Olympics, ensuring that every practice was run in the exact conditions to be found in Erfurt, Germany.
